● Consult with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide expert technical advice.
● Analyze client requirements and design customized technical solutions.
● Present and explain fire safety products, including fire alarm systems, detection systems, and suppression systems.
● Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solutions
● Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
● Respond to technical queries and address any concerns raised by potential customers.
● Ensure all presales activities are carried out in a professional manner and within the company’s standards.

● A Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma is required. (B.Tech is a plus).
● Strong proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
● In-depth understanding of fire alarm systems and related technologies is preferred .
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in hindi & english.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
